Hello

Does the PSF still have a SurveyMonkey account  ?

If so, I'd like to know if it could be used to get some feedback from
the community about packaging, for the python language summit.

I was about to use the free version, but its quite limited (100 answers)

I might use this one otherwise https://www.surveygizmo.com but I never tried
any of them so I don't know what is the best pick yet.
