After PyCon (maybe *long* after PyCon :) ), I'd also like to run an
unconference somewhere on the East Coast.  Part of the motivation is
that conferences are fun, but formal ones like PyCon are a fair bit of
work.  I also think we'd benefit from more frequent sprints, and a
network of smaller regional conferences would be a good way to foster
that.
